Baking Organic Bread without Yeast


Just mix 500 grams of organic whole wheat flour (spelt or rye) with water in a bowl to prepare a smooth dough. You can add sea salt, caraway seeds or flax seeds or all the three together, to the dough before mixing it with water.

Scatter a small amount of flour on the surface of the baking dish and place the dough on it. Place the baking dish with the dough in a toaster oven for ten minutes in 280°.

When ready, cut thin pieces of the bread to prepare toasts

ORGANIC PLUMS PRUNES AND UMEBOSHI


Plum is a very healthy fruit . It can be eaten fresh, dried (as prunes) or pickled (as the Japanese umeboshi).

Plums are anti oxidant, preventing disease and slowing the aging process. They are a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C. The copper content in the plums is good for the bones and the tissues.

Prunes are rich with fiber, which helps fight against constipation.

The high levels of potassium in plums help maintain low blood pressure, and thus help people with heart disease.

In Japan umeboshi is considered as good for colds and flu. The Japanese say that

An umeboshi a day keeps the doctor away.

As for myself, every day I eat umeboshi mixed with tahini (sesame paste) and it is very tasty.

HIGH HEELS DO MUCH HARM


High heels do much harm, the higher the heels the bigger the harm. Wearing them put a lot of pressure on the tiptoes and thus may cause headaches and other diseases. The feet are connected to the entire body by meridians, which are paths connecting spots on the body to specific organs, such as liver, stomach, lungs etc. Therefore, distorting the feet means distorting the whole body.

A small heel is actually good for the posture. Shoes must be convenient. High heels are considered sexy, but they are not. Distorting the body has nothing to do with being attractive.

Only healthy people can look good inside and outside.

High heels in many respects resemble the old Chinese tradition of foot binding which made women seem delicate and fragile compared to the strong men. The Chinese people stopped this terrible habit and it is about time that the habit of wearing high heels will stop.

WHY NOT PREVENT SICKNESS?!


Today I read in the newspaper that the American government invested 69 billion dollars, since Richard Nixon declared war against cancer 37 years ago. There were so many breakthroughs but no real progress.
If this huge sum of money would have been invested in a campaign encouraging people to live a healthy life, eating no animal protein products (meat, milk, eggs) and doing exercises, the reality would have been changed drastically. Too many interests involved prevent this from happening. Too many food industries that sell junk food, products comprising preservatives, meat and milk– all these should be shut down.
In order to be healthy one should eat organic vegetables and fruits, whole grains, etc.
Animal protein is dangerous!
There were many diseases that were cured by the conventional medicine like tuberculosis, malaria, etc., that are caused by viruses, but diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes cannot be cured so easily. They develop in the body throughout many years and can be easily prevented.
Why wait until it is too late?

SPROUTS


Sprouts are a wonderful source of protein. Sprouts can be eaten raw or cooked. It is very easy to sprout legumes such as beans, chickpeas and lentils. After soaking the organic legumes in water for 24 hours, the sprouting begins. To continue sprouting, it is recommended to put the legumes in a strainer above a pot with a small amount of water. At this point, it will be better to put the pot in the refrigerator. In the same way, you can sprout fenugreek seeds, which are known to be good against diabetes.

Vaccination




Instead of finding a way to prevent disease in a natural and healthy way, the conventional medicine usually looks for vaccination against disease in metals that harms the body. Recently I heard on television that mercury is one of the components of the vaccine against measles. You do not have to be a doctor to know that mercury can cause much damage to the body and especially to the brain. No wonder that many children who got the vaccine became autistic. Instead of looking for solutions from plants, doctors find the solution in terrible meterials such as mercury. In the Middle Ages people believed that mercury can make you live forever, but to use it today? This is crazy.
As opposed to this approach, there are doctors in Israel who did a research and found out that citral, a key component that gives the lemony aroma and taste in several herbal plants, such as lemon grass (Cymbopogon citratus), melissa (Melissa officinalis) and verbena (Verbena officinalis), can cause cancer cells to 'commit suicide'. The research team was led by Dr. Rivka Ofir and Prof. Yakov Weinstein from the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Ben Gurion University.

ORANGES AND GRAPEFRUITS


If you want to be healthy, you had better begin your day eating organic oranges or grapefruits. This must be a meal for itself. It means that you should wait at least two hours before eating another meal. Oranges and grapefruit are a good source of vitamin C. Mixing fruits with foods such as bread or cereals will harm your digestion.
Forget about drinking coffee in the morning or at any other time during the day in order to "wake up". Eating healthy food will make you feel awake all day long with no need to coffee.
