Baking Organic Bread without Yeast


Just mix 500 grams of organic whole wheat flour (spelt or rye) with water in a bowl to prepare a smooth dough. You can add sea salt, caraway seeds or flax seeds or all the three together, to the dough before mixing it with water.

Scatter a small amount of flour on the surface of the baking dish and place the dough on it. Place the baking dish with the dough in a toaster oven for ten minutes in 280°.

When ready, cut thin pieces of the bread to prepare toasts
